Due to a conflict with the hotel for our original July date, the date of MEEHU 3 has been changed to June 24 – June 26, 2016. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause any of our potential attendees. However, the date change comes with reduced hotel rates ($92 vs. $95) and a bit more room space if many of you need rooms.

MEEHU 3 will be June 24 – 26, 2016 at the Northbrook Hilton in Northbrook, IL.
You can purchase your registration at Brown Paper Tickets. Tickets are the same price as last year: $50 until May 15, 2016, $70 from May 15 – June 22, 2016 and $100 at the door. We also have a “Full Price” option (because Brown Paper Tickets would not let us call it a ‘donation’) if you would like to contribute to the Scholarship fund.
Hotel rooms can be booked. Rooms are $92/night + tax. We will be in the West Tower this year, closer to our meeting rooms. There will be no Lacrosse teams there this year, so no Lacrosse moms. We will also have a restricted access floor as a party floor. Rooms on that floor will be $125/night + tax and will be juried out based on requests.
As always, we are looking for presenters, especially people who have not presented before, and lots of class ideas. We will have the MEEHU 3 programming page up soon. In the meanwhile, think about what you would like to present.
We have a limited number of scholarships and volunteer positions available again this year. We will have those pages up soon as well.

The Con needs several volunteers to assist with setup, food service, door and registration duty. It’s a great way to meet people, get involved with the Con, and give back to the community.

12 Hours of volunteering will get you free admission to MEEHU. This must include at least 2 hours of door/registration duty.
